Q: | How do I install a key machine software on a new computer? |
A: | 1 Look for the DOWNLOAD link at the top of this page. 2 Select the correct key machine software then it add to cart and checkout. 3 Download the zip file and save it in your computer. 4 Extract the zip file then open to run the .exe file. 5 Follow the installer instruction and make sure you enter the correct serial number for your key machine. (The serial number can be found on the back of you key machine) 6 After the installer finish downloading, you will find new icons on your desktop. 7 Plug your USB from your computer to the key machine port and open either the Touch version or the Desktop version to connect. If the connection is succesful then you are good to go, otherwise, refer to your User Guide Manual and follow the instruction for the driver installation and configuration. |
